I’ve paid, what happens next?


Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Our head nutritionist will then reach out to you with the initial assessment required to create your custom program and you will be introduced to your coach! Please allow two days for our team to create your program once your completed assessment has been submitted.




I have dietary restrictions, can I still get started with MindFit?


Absolutely. The programs are always tailored to your needs and/or restrictions. Just be sure to mention any restrictions or preferences in your initial assessment.




I have injuries/physical limitations, can I still get started with MindFit?


Of course. Your coach will work closely with our Physiotherapist to create a training program that is suitable for your condition while still allowing you to achieve your desired results.




Is the meal plan very strict?


Every meal plan is different and tailored specifically to the client’s goals and preferences. Regardless, we understand that eating the same thing every day is not sustainable, which is why we’ve created a fulsome alternative food list that every MindFit client will receive when they begin the program. All of our clients are busy professionals and are often required to eat out. Your coach is there to guide you every step of the way so that you can learn to make the best choices without sacrificing your lifestyle and professional obligations.




Do I need to have a gym membership?


No. Although we recommend you access a gym because of the diversity of the equipment, your program will be created based on the equipment you have available to you, whether at home or at the gym.
